Living in a world full of perfection, wealthy life, perfect bodies, skin, hair, we see people enjoy things, so we want these things too, we see people will be wealthy when they do that job, so we want that job too.
But we don't know that our brains have been washing by what we see and what we hear, we think we know who we are but as long as we are affected by this society, we don't. so how can you discover your true self?
A lot of us seek self-love from others, they love themselves when who is around loves them, they hate what others hate about them. they try to be what others expect from them.
"They love me because I share everything I have with them, but there are some clothes that I'd like to wear alone or they will get larger. but it is ok as long as they love me."
But we don't know that these actions lead to self unworthiness, they lower self-esteem, they stop us from discovering ourselves, what we love and what we hate, what we prefer and what we don't.
_ "I hate her".
_"Me too".( actually I don't, I love her sense of humor, her kindness)
we agree with people around us because we are scared to be rejected, we are scared if they won't love us as before, or they won't tell us their secrets anymore.
In this BLOG, I will share with you the most helpful podcasts, that will help you know your worth, love yourself as you are, and discover yourself without anyone's judgment.
