Productive habits to do after work or studying

Some people will say: I barely go back home alive after working especially if you are working a 9-5job.

If you are one of those people then this blog is not for you.

I am writing this blog for those who don’t give excuses, who want to improve themself, who want to take care of their mental, and physical health, who want to feed their souls and shift their mindset to a growth mindset.

If you are one of them, then, I really recommend to keep reading:

#Listen to a podcast:

With some digging, you can find hundreds of podcasts that suit your needs and help you pursue your goals.

A PLUS reason is that the best thing is you can watch these podcasts at any time, when you are chilling, cleaning your house, cooking, doing some Yoga.

Personally, i listen to podcasts almost every day, just after waking up, when practising some YOGA or stretching.

#Read a book:

Learn new things, always seek knowledge.

choose topics you are interested in: financial growth, mental health, self-improvement.

Read them and listen, what I mean by that:

For example, you made a goal to read 15 pages daily. don’t just read them and that’s it.

Read, underline new words, concepts, search for their meanings, write down notes… this is what will help you shift your mindset to a growth mindset.

#workout:

After chilling, eating, or listening to a podcast, I tend to get my heartbeats up. I just choose a 15 to 30 minutes workout from Youtube and make a promise to myself to finish it till the end.

Depending on how I feel, I choose whether to practise a low-intensity or HIIT workout. and of course, I take some resting days, where I just prefer walking for 30 to 60 minutes.

#Journaling:

I just lock myself in my room for at least 30 minutes, take out my journal, and write down:

Things that made my day grey.

Things that made me feel happy.

Things that I did and felt proud of.

Things I am grateful for today.

#Goal settings:

I write down my intentions for tomorrow, I try to challenge myself with small tasks and make a promise to myself to finish them or do at least 70% of these tasks.

For example:

*Cleaning my bed every day.

*Drinking 1.5 to 2 liters of water.

*Doing my skincare routine.

*Talk to myself positively the whole day.

*Read 15 pages every day.

Studies have shown,.............

I try to begin with small steps, that I know, with a little bit of hard work, I can finish them.

Believe me, when I finish these tasks, I feel proud, I feel confident, and my trust in myself and my abilities increases.

#Make a budget:

If you want to reach financial success, then you need to begin with these steps:

Know how much you are making.

Know how much you are spending.

Know what are you spending it on.

Organize your thoughts and your budget.

For example:

spend ...$ on rent   ….$on grocery     …..$ on savings.

and examine every month if your income has changed at all. Check if you have been following the budget.

#Make time for a new hobby:

Try to find a hobby that can help you make some money.

Go back to your goals. Look at what you are looking to accomplish.

You will know by yourself what are the hobbies that suit you.

You can start blogging if you are good at writing.

you can buy physical products if you have a lot of old furniture, clothes, books…

or digital products, if you have a creative mind, you can create templates, notebooks, planners, and sell them.

You can even create courses related to topics you are interested in and buy them.

If you are fond of painting, you can paint on walls, your room doors,  on pots, make an Instagram business account and share it. with consistency, you will bring fans, and even some companies will reach you, you can also sell your work.

Going to bed after a productive day, knowing that I did a lot of work, finished my tasks, and succeeded in challenging myself, makes me genuinely proud and happy for what I've done, and ready for a new day.

Being productive will really change a lot of things about you and help you discover yourself and know yourself better.
