unfortunately, we can't be happy all the time, it is a fact. But we can learn to seek happiness even through hard times. when we know the importance of mental health and how mental illness is a big distraction for us, we tend to avoid toxic feelings as much as possible as we can.

1# Complaining:
I love this quote by Robert Tew who said: complaining is a complete waste of one’s energy. Those who complain the most accomplish the least.
complaining is nothing more than a waste of time, usually, people who want a happy life make sure to avoid those who complain. so stop complaining, stop playing the role of victim.
Instead, make your brain work, so you can solve the issue.
2#Difficult goals to achieve:
Be realistic, people who encourage you will always say dream big, you can achieve whatever you want.
that’s true, but not always, try to be realistic, try to make achievable goals, that you can achieve over time, for example, you can’t be a professional tennis player and you are over 50 years old.
when you are writing down your goals, think precisely, think of your health, your financial situation, your ability to work, the opportunities you can make for yourself,...
I am not here to break your heart, I am a big fan of those who dream big and are willing to achieve their dreams, but you need to set reasonable goals you can achieve in the next 2-3 months to build more confidence and self-esteem so when You set more challenging goals, you won’t be disappointed if you won’t get the results you want.
3#Perfection:
There is nothing calls perfection. put this in your mind.
we make mistakes, we learn from them, maybe not from the first or second time, but we learn.
without mistakes, we cannot expand our knowledge, we cannot learn new things and go through new experiences, that’s how life works, we are human,s and making mistakes is a part of our journey.
4#The past has gone:
Stop thinking of the past, stop blaming yourself because of things you did, there is no time machine to fix what you’ve done.
So move on, leave the past behind you, let the mistakes you made help you overcome your fears.
Your past only exists in your mind and the longer you live in the past, the less future you have to enjoy.
Make your present and future your motivation now.

5#Comfort:
If you want to be happy, you need to be aware of the challenges you are going through as a grown-up, getting out of your comfort zone is one of the biggest challenges you can face.
Why? it is easy, no challenge, no change. COMFORT will always force you to be stuck there in your place.
if you want a better life a better future, then you need to make changes, you need to feel uncomfortable, you need to make your heart pomp fast, feel the sweat, make your guts work.
6#The need to be what they expected you to be:
Some people lose their identity, trying to impress others, be what they want them to be, agree with them even deep down they are not happy with that decision. all of that because they want to gain their satisfaction.
I don’t know why they are doing this, maybe because they are rich and want to feel some of their wealth, maybe they want to be friends with them and they are afraid of being judged if they weren’t what they expected them to be.
people will judge us anyway, no matter what we do, so ask yourself,
Are you happy when following them?
7#Negative self-talk:
I am not enough, I don’t think I can do that, I can’t be successful like him...
why are you limiting your beliefs, why do you compare yourself with others?
A lot of studies have shown that talking to yourself negatively is similar to someone talking to you.
so you are lowing your self-esteem and confidence, you are helping your subconscious mind to believe that you are not capable of doing what you are dreaming of.
Instead, be kind to yourself, treat yourself kindly, you are your only partner in life, so every day when you wake up, remind yourself with your strength, hard work, let yourself know that you are capable of anything, and no matter what you will face you will stand up again.
8# Only positive people are allowed in my life:
When you see people who are complaining, who are talking about their failures only, who are hopeless, just run, run as fast as you can.
Energy is mutual, whether positive or negative.
and believe me, I was friends with someone who was always complaining, who seemed hopeless, doesn’t have a purpose in life, and doesn’t want to dream or make any goals,.. it really made me feel negative and not having that excitement to wake up every day and make new goals. I tried to help him, but he refused to change.
