6 morning habits you need to quit

Your daily routines are the secret to your future.

for a healthier version of you, you need to quit these 6-morning habits that lead to negative effects on your mental and physical health

1/Social media and phone checking:

Let’s be honest, Who isn’t guilty of this?

I used to check my phone just when I woke up,

This was an act that made me feel guilty of because I was and still ware of the negative effects of using the phone after waking up and before going to bed.

The light of our cell phone pops up with an addiction

We are addicted to the urge to talk to the ones we love or to click through Instagram posts and stories, tweets, youtube’ videos...

THIS will lead to procrastination instead of productivity,

You wish life was that simple and fun, which leads you to dream big without taking action. And in the long run, you will be susceptible to depression, anxiety...

Starting with tomorrow, when you wake up, avoid checking your phone first. Instead, set up your agenda of productivity.

Devote the first 60 minutes of waking up for you to nourish, recharge, and condition your mind for only success and nothing else.

Rather than reaching for your phone as the first thing in the morning, disconnect from that persuasive addiction or attraction.

Be grateful, pray, hydrate, meditate, exercise, eat a balanced meal to nourish yourself before diving into the digital world.

2/Skipping breakfast:

I know a lot of human beings that wake up and have no appetite for eating or even drinking a cup of water.

You need to change this habit and watch what you consume in the morning and most particularly, avoid kicking off your day on an empty stomach.

Doctors and researchers don’t lie when they say breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

It gives you the necessary energy to continue your day without feeling dizzy and tired.

Also, you need to have a healthy breakfast, not just a piece of cake, cereals, or croissant.

YES, typical cereals that have been outlined as the basic healthy breakfast are no good for you,

Your breakfast must be balanced and include all the nutrients: vitamins, proteins, and fats.

Put in mind that Your body is a keeper; if you put in junk, you are going to feel like junk.

3/ Making improvised decisions:

choose adequate planning.

Planning means to prepare and prioritize, it is the key for you to perform better rather than making decisions without proper analysis.

Do the following to plan your day adequately:

·      Get a planner, a journal, or an empty plain notebook to write down, your plans, your feelings, your memories...

You can have a look at these journals that are designed professionally to attract you and have fun while planning.

·      Organize your daily activities and routines.

·      Prioritize each task in order of importance and deadline

·      Each task should outlined a time

·      Get to work

·      Reward yourself for every task you complete in time

4/ Not having a productive morning routines:

If you indulge in beneficial and healthy activities in the morning you will begin your day with the right amount of energy to help you be more productive.

Developing a productive morning routine is vital and extremely important

You can begin with some yoga, stretching exercises, walking for 30 minutes.

Over time, you will notice the difference and these activities will become part of your daily routine.

5/ Negativity:

Stop being negative, stop thinking negatively. These points are the results of what you consume in the morning; what you read, what you listen to, and what you watch.

Instead, choose something that is valuable, listening to an important broadcast, read articles about self-help, improvement, mental growth, and positive mindsets.

Be optimistic, have faith, even if you fail, stand up again and try, life is an experience that gives you lessons.

6/Complaining:

There are some circumstances that make you complain, for example: complaining about your boos at work, about your working hours, about how your husband doesn’t help you, how tired you feel.

What makes complaining even endless is, that the negative words you use to express yourself, send negative signals to your mind and body. This can cripple your daily experience.

Instead, put in mind that you are the only one responsible for everything that happens, and you are the only one who can choose to stay complaining or take an action.
