     Sometimes, you will go through really some hard times. It’s those times when everything you do just kind of flops, and it feels like your life is going downhill, which makes you feel very sad.


    but remember nothing stays the same everything will change even these bad times.
Here are some tips that can help you reduce stress in this period and can change your mood for the best.

      1/ Get up and take a shower:

       water is a source of positivity. being in a calm place and hearing the sound of water can help you organize your thoughts and understand yourself more

       

2   /Arrange your house: 

       arranging your house is a good idea for pass time you will be more focusing on what you need to do from finishing ironing clothes to washing dishes for example


           3/   A little bit of self-care can change your mood: 

        spoil yourself by listening to happy and energetic music, stick to a skincare routine, watch Netflix and order your favorite dessert


         4/ Close your notifications, they can cause you stress: 

      spend more time with yourself, avoid anything that can busy you and bring you stress and pressure.


             5/    Write down your plans and your ideas:

        Journaling is a very effective way to set your goals and enable you to have a positive outlook for the future. it will help you organize your thoughts and know exactly what you need to do.




           6/   Meet with your friends and family: 

        friends and family are important in changing your mood, try to go out with friends and do activities that help you change to make you feel happier and more satisfied for example shopping, going out for a picnic, chatting...


         7/  Get social...laugh: 

       try to meet other persons, try to discover other personalities. if you say you can’t, then stay in bed the whole day. If it helps, everyone will do that too.




It’s not over yet, you must believe that these times are temporary

Do not stay in that dark corner

There is a life outside

You are so much valuable and stronger Than whatever tried to hurt you and whatever you have lost.

 There is still so much to see

So much to experience and so much to do in life
